We are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience for our customers worldwide. This policy outlines our procedures for shipping, returns, and refunds applicable to both domestic (India) and international orders.
Shipping Policy
1 Shipping Coverage
ZDrive.in ships orders to customers worldwide through trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and India Post EMS. We ensure secure packaging and accurate tracking for every shipment.
We currently deliver across India, Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and other major regions. For destinations outside our standard service zones, special arrangements can be made upon request.
2 Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, customers will receive an email containing the tracking number and shipping carrier details.
3 Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processes. Domestic (India) orders typically arrive within three to seven business days.
International deliveries usually take between five and fourteen business days. Delays caused by customs clearance or external courier disruptions are beyond ZDrive’s control.
4 Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees as required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
ZDrive.in is not liable for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
5 Packaging and Handling
All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Motors and electronic components are packed in anti-static, moisture-resistant materials.
Fragile or heavy items are reinforced with protective foam and shock-absorbent materials to prevent transit damage.
Each shipment includes an invoice and necessary documentation for customs clearance.
6 Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@zdrive.in.
Provide your order number, photos of the damaged packaging or product, and a description of the issue.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter promptly. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return and Refund Policy
1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You notify us within seven days of delivery via connect@zdrive.in.
- The product is unused, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and invoice.
2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that show signs of use, installation, or modification.
- Products damaged due to incorrect wiring, overloading, or improper handling.
- Custom-built or special-order components.
- Items are missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email connect@zdrive.in with your order ID, product name, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request within one to two business days.
- If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.
- The returned product must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
- Upon receipt, ZDrive will inspect the item within three to five business days.
If the return is approved, you may choose either a replacement stock availability or a refund to your original payment method.
4 Refund Policy
Refunds for approved returns are processed within five to ten business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
Refunds are issued using the same method used for the original payment.
5 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within three to five business days after confirmation.
