Storage and Transportation

To ensure product longevity and performance, please follow these handling guidelines:

• Packaging for Shipping: Use a sturdy wooden box or reinforced cardboard box to protect the motor during transport.
• Storage Conditions:
  • Temperature: Store between –20°C and 50°C.
  • Humidity: Keep humidity below 30% to prevent corrosion or damage.

Improper storage or handling outside these conditions may affect motor performance and void warranty coverage.

Warranty and Support

• Warranty Period: 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty is void if the motor is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or other human-induced factors.

All warranty claims must include a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

Intellectual Property
